Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience or an advanced degree with 3+ years of experience
• Minimum of five years in design/manufacturing of wire harnessing for military/aerospace/commercial applications

Responsibilities

• Identify and derive system requirements.
• Define mechanical outline and construction details, connector selection and specification, mechanical and assembly drawings, oversee electrical layout, perform first order electrical analysis, ownership of final technical data package.
• Meet cost, schedule, quality, and performance requirements for the finished product.
• Interact with senior personnel on significant technical matters across cross-functional locations.
• Develop technical solutions across the product life cycle including proposal, design, manufacture, integration and test of electronics and interconnect packaging for multiple missile programs.
• Provide expertise in a wide range of tasking beyond traditional design responsibilities.
