Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or GED (US) with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, or drawings.
• Experience operating hand tools, measuring equipment, or light machinery.

Responsibilities

• Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, and bills of materials to perform assembly tasks.
• Operate hand tools, electrical tools, hand cutters, measuring equipment, and light machinery.
• Maintain inventory of products in workstations to support efficient production.
• Perform quality checks, identify product defects, and document findings.
• Rework and/or repair assembled equipment and products per engineering changes.
• Perform weekly preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure smooth operation.
• Adhere to safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Stand up to 8 hours per day and lift up to 40 lbs as needed.
• Wear PPE to perform job duties safely.
