Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for an onsite role in Fall River, MA, overseeing metered-dose inhaler production. The position ensures compliance with cGMP, FDA requirements, and company SOPs while guiding a production team and coordinating packaging activities.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in pharmaceutical engineering or related field, 1–3 years of pharma manufacturing experience, and strong knowledge of GMP practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field from an accredited college/university.

Responsibilities

• Schedule the production process and set targets for production phases.
• Delegate responsibilities and create team leadership for groups of employees.
• Manage performance and train employees to meet performance standards and productivity targets.
• Conduct performance assessments and prepare reports to identify efficiency improvements.
• Perform raw material review for correct quantities, labeling and appearance.
• Follow Master Batch Records for packaging MDIs when required.
• Identify defects and report quality issues.
• Set up, operate, and clean packaging equipment per SOPs and batch records.
• Complete accurate documentation and follow Good Documentation Practices.
• Perform in-process testing and inspections as required by Master Batch Records.
• Support GMP investigations and contribute to SOP writing in technical areas.
• Understand and operate all necessary equipment and instrumentation.
• Maintain documentation per internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
