Job summary

Cipla is seeking a Cleanroom/Manufacturing Operator in Fall River, MA. This full-time role involves 12-hour shifts (7am-7pm and 7pm-7am), cGMP compliance, and strict SOP adherence to produce Metered Dosage Inhaler products.

You will dispense materials, oversee batch execution, perform calibrations, and collaborate across QA, packaging, and engineering teams. The ideal candidate has a HS diploma and manufacturing experience, strong English skills, and knowledge of GMP and safety practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Accredited college certificate or university degree preferred.
• Minimum one year of manufacturing experience with pharmaceutical or aerosol products.
• Proficient in English to understand work instructions and document results.
• Knowledge of cGMP and regulatory requirements in pharma manufacturing preferred.
• Basic understanding of mechanical machinery and control systems.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good knowledge of Health & Safety procedures, including OSHA.
• Strong mathematical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Dispense raw materials and primary packing materials as per work order.
• Plan and execute batches with proper documentation.
• Monitor cleaning and sanitation of production area and machinery.
• Record production materials and lines daily.
• Conduct process checks and record in batch manufacturing record.
• Operate equipment with minimal rejections and maintain quality.
• Perform maintenance and calibration on machinery as needed.
• Coordinate with QA/QC and other departments for changeovers.
• Maintain inventory of machine parts, tools and accessories.
• Ensure line clearance during batch to batch changes.
