Job summary

Cipla USA in Fall River, MA is seeking a Manufacturing Operator I - MDI for 1st shift. You will perform production of metered dose inhalation products in a cGMP environment, following SOPs and batch records to ensure quality and compliance.

The role requires at least a high school diploma and 1 year of manufacturing experience with MDI or aerosols, English proficiency, and a willingness to work extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum one year of manufacturing experience with MDI or aerosol products.
• Proficient in English (Speaking/Reading/Writing) to understand work instructions.
• Knowledge of fundamental cGMP and regulatory requirements in a pharmaceutical environment preferred.
• Basic understanding of mechanical machinery and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Dispense raw materials and primary packing materials as per work order.
• Monitor production lines and record data in batch records.
• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment with proper calibration.
• Coordinate with QA/QC for checks, labeling and documentation.
• Ensure line clearance during batch-to-batch/changeovers and maintain safety.
