Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of systems engineering and architecture experience on major acquisitions.
• Strong MBSE experience and model-based methods.
• Hands-on with Cameo Systems Architect and/or Sparx Enterprise Architect.
• Experience with requirements management tools such as DOORS or JAMA.
• Ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams and complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Apply systems engineering principles across the full program lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain system architecture models using MBSE tools.
• Lead requirements definition, decomposition, and traceability to objectives.
• Conduct trade studies and risk analyses to inform decisions.
• Define and manage system interfaces for interoperability.
• Collaborate with software, hardware, and test teams to ensure cohesion.
• Support system integration, verification, and validation activities.
• Prepare technical docs and briefings for stakeholders.
• Work with program management to meet schedule and budget.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the program.
