The ideal candidate has 5+ years in systems engineering, experience with MBSE tools (Cameo, DOORS, System Architect), proficiency in MATLAB/Python/Java, and a background in DoD or defense-related programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in systems engineering, systems integration, or related disciplines.
• Experience with MBSE tools such as Cameo, DOORS, System Architect or similar.
• MATLAB/Python/Java or similar for analytical tool development.
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Experience supporting DoD, command and control, aerospace, defense, or complex engineering environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support systems engineering, integration, testing, and performance assessment across complex environments.
• Develop and analyze system requirements, architectures, and capabilities using MBSE tools and modeling/simulation.
• Conduct system performance analyses, trade studies, and requirements verification.
