Job summary

Ultipro seeks an experienced techno-functional specialist focused on Manhattan Active WMS (MAWM) with deep warehouse operations knowledge to drive configuration, extensions, and integrations. You will lead end-to-end MAWM projects, translate business requirements into technical solutions, provide L2/L3 support, develop reports with SCI/Jasper, and collaborate with Daikin teams to optimize performance.

Qualifications

13–15 years of overall experience in Warehouse Management Systems.
3–5 years hands-on experience in Manhattan Active WMS configuring, customizing, maintenance, integrating and IT support.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or related field.
Manhattan Associates MA Active certification (preferred)

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement projects for Manhattan Active WMS.
Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions, aligning with industry best practices.
Provide L2/L3 support on MAWM, translating Daikin’s requirements into system solutions.
Configure and maintain MAWM settings, workflows, and business rules.
Troubleshoot, perform root-cause analysis, and resolve issues throughout the lifecycle.
Collaborate with Daikin teams to document requirements and designs.
Lead technical configuration and system setups using MAWM tools and APIs.
Create and manage extensions and extension packs using ProActive.
Design, develop, and execute integrations using MAWM framework, RESTful APIs, JSON/XML, and Postman.
Coordinate testing (UT/UAT) and ensure alignment with business needs.
Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement.
Develop functional and technical docs including architecture diagrams and mappings.
Mentor and share knowledge to build internal MAWM capability.
Develop SCI and Jasper reports and shipping labels using JMagic (plus).
