Job summary

Cognizant is hiring a Manhattan Active Solution Architect to lead architecture, integration, data migration, and implementation of MAWM environments. You will drive end-to-end design, vendor engagements, and deployment readiness across multi-site warehouse programs.

The role requires 12+ years in supply chain/WMS, MAWM experience, and hands-on leadership across MHE integrations, WES/WCS, and data migration strategies. Remote work allowed with EST/CST overlap.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Supply Chain and Warehouse Management.
• 5+ years of Manhattan WMS experience.
• 2+ years MAWM implementation experience.
• Led multiple large Manhattan Active implementations as Architect.
• Expertise in MHE integrations and automation solution architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead MAWM architecture and MHE integrations across WCS/WES/ASRS/conveyor/robotics.
• Define end-to-end integration and data migration strategies between legacy WMS and Manhattan Active.
• Govern MHE vendor engagements, interface design, testing, and deployment readiness.
• Design MAWM extensibility: ProActive, APIs, workflows, UI enhancements, upgrades.
• Provide program-level technical leadership: standards, decisions, multi-site rollouts, hypercare.
