Job Title: Manhattan Active WMS Techno-Functional

Location: Houston, TX (Local preferred or candidates willing to travel)

About the Role:

We are seeking a Techno-Functional Lead with hands-on experience in Manhattan Active Warehouse Management System (MAWM) for a key project. You will play a pivotal role in configuring, supporting, and optimizing MAWM to streamline warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:

Configure and support Manhattan Active WMS (MAWM)
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues (L2/L3 support)
Work on system integrations using REST APIs, JSON/XML, and Postman
Create custom extensions using ProActive
Collaborate with operations and IT teams to define and implement solutions
Support UAT, go-lives, and post-rollout enhancements
Optional: Develop reports using SCI, Jasper, and JMagic

Requirements:

3–5 years of experience with Manhattan Active WMS
Strong knowledge of ProActive, API integrations, JSON/XML, Postman
Understanding of warehouse processes (receiving, picking, shipping, inventory)
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
MAWM Certification (preferred)

Seniority level
