Job summary

Incora is seeking an Onsite Representative - Material Handler to manage and replenish line-side materials, chemicals, and consumables at customer locations in a semiconductor environment. You will ensure materials are available, safely delivered, and compliant with site standards while communicating with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Chemical Handling, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in warehouse, logistics, or chemical operations (semiconductor or industrial environment preferred).
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and material control processes.
• Follow chemical handling procedures and wear PPE.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic inventory systems.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with professional interactions.
• Flexibility for overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, scan, and process replenishment orders daily to maintain uninterrupted material flow.
• Receive, verify, and distribute materials per customer specs and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with customer and internal teams to resolve day-to-day supply or quality issues.
• Support setup, labeling, and organization of line-side and warehouse areas.
• Maintain records, reporting metrics, and documentation per standards.
• Identify and address supply chain or material flow issues through data analysis.
