Job summary

Incora is seeking a Chemical Management Technician to maintain stock levels and support chemical handling on customer sites and warehouse locations. You will monitor inventory, perform inspections for shelf life, and ensure timely replenishment and safety compliance.

You will coordinate deliveries of chemicals, prepare materials for shipment, and communicate with production leads to manage part numbers and bin updates, while leveraging MS Office and AI tools to boost accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree in Inventory Management, Logistics, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Hazwoper Training (40 Hours) required and DOT Training required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; strong data entry accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production floor bins and storage cabinets for replenishment.
• Perform periodic inventory inspections for shelf life/expiration dates.
• Coordinate delivery of necessary chemicals for processing.
• Package and prepare material for shipment and use hand scanners for replenishment orders.
• Communicate part expedites, quality issues, and bin changes with supervisors and managers.
• Maintain safety compliance and assist in process improvements.
