Job summary

Incora is seeking an Onsite Representative-Material Handler to manage line-side materials in a semiconductor environment. You will monitor replenishments, verify shipments, and ensure safe handling of chemicals while maintaining accurate records and communicating with customer and internal teams.

Responsibilities include organizing line-side storage, resolving day-to-day issues, and supporting continuous production with precise inventory control and strict safety adherence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Chemical Handling, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in warehouse, logistics, or chemical operations.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, order processing, and material control.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and electronic inventory systems.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Flexibility for overtime, weekends, or holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Experience using Copilot or AI tools to enhance productivity.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, scan, and process replenishment orders daily to maintain uninterrupted material flow.
• Receive, verify, and distribute materials per customer specs and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with customer and internal teams to resolve supply or quality issues.
• Support setup, labeling, and organization of line-side and warehouse storage areas.
• Maintain accurate records, metrics, and documentation per standards.
• Identify and escalate potential supply chain or material flow issues via data analysis.
• Ensure operations comply with chemical handling standards and PPE requirements.
• Represent the company with professionalism to production, engineering, and EHS personnel.
• Maintain orderly work areas, including housekeeping of on-site storage.
• Replenish line-side bins and chemical stations to support production demand.
• Inspect inventory for expirations and container integrity.
• Receive shipments, verify documentation, and ensure materials meet specs.
• Package, label, and transport materials between buildings or off-site locations.
• Operate hand scanners and inventory systems to update stock in real time.
