Job summary

Incora is seeking an Onsite Representative-Material Handler in Austin, TX to manage line-side materials, chemicals, and consumables at a semiconductor manufacturing site. You will ensure materials are available, properly handled, and safely delivered to production, while maintaining accurate records and proactive communication with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have experience in warehouse, logistics or chemical operations.
• Knowledge of inventory management and order processing is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory systems is expected.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, scan, and process replenishment orders daily to maintain uninterrupted material flow.
• Receive, verify, and distribute materials according to specifications and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with customer and internal teams to resolve supply or quality issues.
• Support setup, labelling, and organization of line-side and warehouse areas.
• Maintain records, metrics, and documentation per standards.
• Identify process inefficiencies or safety risks and propose improvements.
• Operate inventory systems to update stock levels in real time.
• Ensure compliance with chemical handling standards and PPE requirements.
