Job summary

Catalent’s Madison, Wisconsin site is a state‑of‑the‑art biologics facility supporting research through early‑ and mid‑stage production. The Specialist II - Materials Management ensures efficient warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and timely fulfillment of domestic and international shipments from Madison.

The role requires 2+ years in warehousing, experience with warehouse equipment, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Onsite schedule: Mon–Fri, 8 am–4 pm.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of warehouse experience.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment (handheld scanners, forklifts, pallet jacks).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds in warehouse/cold storage environments.

Responsibilities

• Support TrackWise projects assigned to Materials Management, including actions and root cause analysis.
• Manage material replenishment, inventory control, picking, stocking, and delivery using FEFO principles.
• Support warehouse operations including freezer/cooler preventive maintenance and related processes.
• Process material requests and purchase orders, including PO issues and communications.
• Accurately pick, pack, ship, and document customer orders to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Provide cross-functional support across Materials Management and assist in other areas as needed.
• Mentor and train new Materials Management team members.
