Catalent’s Madison, Wisconsin site is a state-of-the-art biologics development and manufacturing facility supporting research through early-stage clinical production, located at 726 Heartland Trail in Madison. The GMP facility specializes in mammalian cell line engineering and biopharmaceutical development, enabling rapid scale-up with flexible single-use systems.

We have an opportunity for a Program Manager II - Program Management to join our team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Science or Engineering required; advanced degree preferred.
• Approximately 5+ years of direct experience in project management or the pharmaceutical industry.
• PMI/PMBOK certification or coursework preferred.
• Working knowledge of biologics fermentation, cell culture, purification, and analytics preferred.
• Experience in biologics, biotechnology, or pharmaceuticals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional, multi-site project teams to achieve program objectives.
• Monitor progress and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Maintain open, solution-focused communication with clients.
• Drive program success through collaboration and leadership.
