Primoris Pipeline is seeking an on-site Receiving/Expediting Specialist to support procurement by witnessing material deliveries, verifying descriptions and quantities, and reviewing shipping documents.

The role requires travel to job sites, strong attention to detail, and comfort working outdoors in varying conditions; knowledge of MTRs/COCs is preferred, with Autodesk Forma experience a plus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or mechanical engineering technology from an accredited institution.
• Recommended experience level: 2–5 years in material receiving, coordination, expediting, or a related field.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Travel to job sites with limited notice is required.
• Expected travel: ~50% based on project needs.
• Outdoor work in heat, cold, rain, etc.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Comfortable working in cloud-based environments.
• Preferred knowledge: reading MTRs and COCs; Autodesk Forma experience.

Responsabilidades

• Witness material deliveries on site.
• Verify material descriptions and quantities.
• Review BOLs, MTRs, Tally Reports, and shipper/carrier documents.
• Compare incoming materials to shipping releases.
• Complete and submit receiving reports.
• Document shortages, overages, and damages via SOD reports.
• Maintain material traceability and track heat numbers/MTRs.
• Communicate with Procurement to resolve shipment/material issues.
