Strategic Staffing Solutions in Heath, OH is seeking a Material Coordinator for a 12-month, W2 contract. The role is onsite, working Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.

to 5 p.m., with a pay rate of $20–$22 per hour. Responsibilities include reviewing material requests, coordinating with Supply Chain, monitoring inventory, expediting orders, and ensuring material availability for maintenance and construction needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Procurement or related field; or Associate's in one of the same disciplines with two years of experience; or a HS diploma/GED with four years of experience.
• Minimum two years in Supply Chain or related experience, including material coordination responsibilities.
• Ability to review material requests, coordinate with procurement, and monitor inventory levels.

Responsibilities

• Review material requests and assess cost-effectiveness of fulfilling orders.
• Monitor open material requests and purchase orders for expediting or alternate sourcing.
• Monitor daily inventory reports and identify exceptions.
• Train others on Materials Management system as needed.
• Serve as liaison for central Materials Management team and provide feedback on inventory strategies.
