Job summary

Tuknik Government Services, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, seeks a Master Scheduling Coordinator to support the Scheduling Control team and our government client in Durham, NC. This on-site role requires reliability to monitor mainframe batch jobs, data exchanges, and emergency scheduling within a 24/7 operation.

The successful candidate will handle batch workloads on z/OS and distributed platforms, use Control-M and related tools, and communicate with internal staff and developers

Qualifications

Experience with PC-based Windows and MS Office in a mainframe operations environment.
Proficiency with mainframe tools: TSO/ISPF, CICS, JCL, DB2, TCP/IP.
Familiarity with scheduling software such as Control-M and Control-M Enterprise Manager.

Responsibilities

Monitor batch workloads on z/OS mainframe and distributed platforms.
Track data exchange jobs and file transfers (MFT, Cyber Fusion, Connect Direct).
Process MS/PRS batch requests and manage JCL overrides as needed.
