Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience with Control-M/EM scheduling.

• Experience managing batch workload for mainframe and distributed apps.
• Clear written and verbal communication; escalation when SLA is at risk.
• Familiarity with incident tracking (ServiceNow) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule pre-defined jobs within Control-M/EM.
• Manage/maintain calendars within Control-M/EM.
• Manage batch workload in Production Control for mainframe and distributed apps.
• Identify and fix abends; alert/support staff and escalate as needed.
• Document issues in ServiceNow with clear summaries.
• Use TS0/ISPF, JCL, and Control-M/EM to monitor status and resolve problems.
• Communicate status clearly to support staff when issues arise.
