Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field (preferred).
• 1+ year of marketing experience in professional services or B2B is desirable.
• Strong writing, proofreading and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, social media, or AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage leads and intakes to track new cases and opportunities.
• Coordinate and execute marketing projects from planning through completion.
• Assist with website updates, social media and digital initiatives.
• Create, edit and proofread marketing materials and communications.
• Organize sponsorships, events and community outreach activities.
• Research marketing trends, competitors and opportunities.
• Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
• Support business development through marketing and administrative tasks.
