Our client, a NJ-based law firm, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator with strong written and verbal communication skillsto support marketing efforts and execute on a diverse range of projects. This role is perfect for individuals early in their marketing careers who are eager to gain hands‑on experience, develop valuable skills, and grow professionally. Collaborating with leadership and marketing partners, you will help coordinate initiatives, manage projects from inception to completion, and ensure the delivery of high-quality work. This role is 5 days / week onsite. Responsibilities:

• Manage leads and intakes to track new cases
• Coordinate and execute marketing projects from planning through completion
• Assist with website updates, social media, and digital marketing initiatives
• Create, edit, and proofread marketing materials and communications
• Organize sponsorships, events, and community outreach activities
• Research marketing trends, competitors, and new opportunities
• Track project progress and help ensure deadlines are met
• Perform a variety of marketing and administrative tasks that support business development efforts

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
• At least 1 yearof marketing experience, preferably in a legal, professional services, consulting or B2B environment
• Strong writing, proofreading, and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Comfortable learning new software and technology
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, social media platforms, or AI productivity tools is a plus
