Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience as a Marketing Communications Coordinator.
• 1–2 years external documents writing/publishing; PR, marketing, social media, lead nurturing, analytics.
• Strong knowledge of email marketing concepts, deliverability, Sender Score.
• 1 year of experience in email marketing and marketing automation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Adobe Creative Suite preferred; AP style knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with leadership and staff to gather news-worthy events for publication.
• Ensure consistency of brand identity across all channels.
• Review external communications for messaging and branding; coordinate production.
• Segment lists by buyer personas and behaviors for targeted outreach.
• Build relationships with management to be a key communications resource.
• Develop and publicize press packets, articles, promotional materials.
• Coordinate with vendors for events, web, podcasts, and video production.
• Create and evaluate communications strategies aligned with the plan.
• Set goals and measurable objectives; monitor trends and market research.
• Provide planning and post-implementation communications support.
• Stay current with industry trends and accessibility requirements (EIR).
