Welo Data is seeking a Marathi-speaking Data Labeling Associate to evaluate AI outputs and provide structured feedback. This role focuses on data quality, model evaluation, and human judgment in real-world scenarios, working onsite with cross-functional teams.

You will review model outputs, apply guidelines, and contribute to evaluation frameworks while communicating insights clearly. Local commuting is required to NYC, Seattle, Bay Area, and other listed cities.

Qualifications

• Native Marathi required.
• 2+ years of professional writing experience recommended.
• Ability to apply complex writing rules and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI model outputs and provide structured, high-quality feedback.
• Audit data and model behavior to identify patterns, edge cases and failure modes.
• Apply guidelines thoughtfully and flag when they don’t reflect real-world scenarios.
• Contribute to improving evaluation frameworks, not just executing them.
• Identify trends in model performance and communicate insights clearly.
• Participate in team discussions, calibrations, and stakeholder syncs.
• Partner with leads to refine quality standards.
• Document findings in a clear, concise, and actionable way.
