Welocalize, Inc. is hiring a Data Labeling Associate for Marathi speakers to join our onsite teams in multiple US locations. You will evaluate AI model outputs, provide high-quality feedback, and help improve real-world performance.

This is not a typical annotation role. You’ll audit data, identify gaps, follow guidelines, and collaborate with leads and cross-functional teams to refine quality standards. Requirements include native Marathi, a university degree, strong English, 1–2 years of

Qualifications

• Native-level Marathi language
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Strong English (B2 or higher)
• 1–2 years of professional writing experience
• Ability to apply writing guidelines consistently
• Awareness of GenAI safety considerations (2+ years)
• Strong critical thinking and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI model outputs and provide structured, high-quality feedback
• Perform audit-based reviews of data and model behavior
• Apply guidelines thoughtfully and flag misalignments with real-world scenarios
• Contribute to improving evaluation frameworks
• Identify trends in model performance and communicate insights
• Participate in team calibrations and stakeholder discussions
• Collaborate with leads and cross-functional teams to refine quality standards
• Document findings clearly and concisely
