Welo Data is seeking a Data Labeling Associate specialized in Marathi to join our on-site team. You will evaluate AI outputs, provide structured feedback, and contribute to improving model evaluation through data-quality-driven insights.

The role requires Marathi fluency, a Bachelor’s degree, and 1–2 years of writing experience. Strong attention to detail and effective communication are essential for success in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Marathi.
• English proficiency at B2 or higher.
• 1–2 years of professional writing experience.
• Ability to apply complex writing rules and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI model outputs and provide structured, high-quality feedback.
• Audit data and model behavior to identify patterns and edge cases.
• Apply guidelines thoughtfully and flag misalignments with real-world scenarios.
• Help improve evaluation frameworks beyond execution.
• Identify trends in model performance and communicate insights clearly.
• Participate in team calibrations and stakeholder discussions.
• Collaborate with leads and cross-functional teams to refine quality standards.
• Document findings in a clear, concise, actionable manner.
