Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing or industrial experience.
• Experience delivering hands-on employee training and coaching.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing equipment, processes, and safety.
• Ability to train across shifts and document qualifications.
• Proficient with MS Office and training records management.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and deliver hands-on training for new hires and existing staff.
• Create and maintain OJT programs, competency assessments, and checklists.
• Coordinate onboarding programs with HR, Safety, Quality, and Operations.
• Administer and improve LMS, track courses, certifications, and expirations.
• Deliver safety and quality training on equipment, LOTO, PPE, and procedures.
• Develop cross-training and customer-focused workforce development programs.
• Monitor training effectiveness and report to leadership.
