Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for production safety, delivery, quality, cost, and on-time performance for the department.
• Supervises, mentors, coaches and coordinates teams and approves time reporting.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety, environmental and health regulations.
• Manage staffing needs including safety, overtime, absenteeism, and discipline.
• Lead Lean activities and identify waste for continuous improvement.
• Cross-functional problem solving and proactive issue resolution.
