Job summary

Truity Partners is supporting a client in Oak Creek, WI with an experienced Corporate Recruiter for a 4–6 month contract, full-time, 100% onsite schedule. Compensation is targeted at $35–$43 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

This role will support high-volume recruiting and onboarding within a manufacturing environment, partnering closely with operations leaders to help meet ongoing hiring needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in manufacturing or high-volume environments.
• Experience screening, interviewing and onboarding candidates.
• Strong communication and collaboration with operations leaders.
• Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities.
• Experience with ATS; Paylocity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting for high-volume production and skilled positions.
• Partner with operations and shift supervisors to staff needs.
• Coordinate interviews, screenings, and onboarding.
• Work with staffing agencies to support production hiring.
• Recruit for skilled and specialized positions.
• Participate in staffing meetings and recruiting updates.
