Job summary

Peet's Coffee Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end CapEx projects at our Alameda, CA roasting plant. You will manage concepts through commissioning, coordinate with internal teams and suppliers, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across projects.

The role requires 3–5 years of capital project management experience, proficiency in AutoCAD/SolidWorks and Excel, and strong organizational abilities to handle multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience managing multi-million-dollar capital (CapEx) projects.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks, with strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project management of varied capital projects from concept to commissioning.
• Ensure safety, health, and environment requirements and compliant practices in projects.
• Coordinate with designers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders; track budget and schedule.
