Job summary

Peet’s Coffee, Inc. in Alameda, CA, is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end capital projects across manufacturing, process, packing or facilities, from concept to commissioning onsite at our Alameda Roasting Plant, with 30% travel to Emeryville HQ and other supply chain sites.

You will ensure safety, health, and environmental compliance, manage contractors, and deliver projects that meet GMP, Hygienic Design, ISO, HACCP standards, while coordinating budget, scope, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
• Strong Excel skills for budgeting and data analysis.
• 3–5 years of experience managing multi‑million‑dollar CapEx projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of capital projects from concept to commissioning across manufacturing, process, packing or facilities.
• Coordinate safety, health and environmental compliance in projects and installations, including permits and risk assessments.
• Engage stakeholders and manage contractors, suppliers, and documentation within budget and schedule.
