Job summary

Mondelēz International invites aspiring engineers to join the Manufacturing Co‑Op in Naperville, IL. The program runs from January 2027 to December 2027 with phase-based hours; on-site presence is required throughout the duration.

You will work closely with site engineering, operations and production teams to drive process improvements, learn Lean Six Sigma concepts, and gain hands-on manufacturing experience on the plant floor.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
• Undergrad degree expected between Dec 2027 and May 2028.
• Must be near Mondelēz Naperville Plant (Naperville, IL).
• Available for full-time 40 hours/week during Summer 2027 and part-time during Spring/Fall 2027.
• US work authorization without visa sponsorship is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with process optimization and data analysis on the production floor.
• Participate in Kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives.
