Job summary

Mondelēz International offers a Manufacturing Co‑Op in Naperville, IL, focusing on process engineering and continuous improvement. You will work closely with site engineering, operations and production teams to study and optimize manufacturing processes on the production floor.

The program runs through 2027 with phased hours—part-time during spring/fall and full-time in summer—requiring in-person presence and proximity to the Naperville plant.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Must be near the Naperville, IL Plant (1555 Ogden Ave).
• Available for full-time hours in Summer and part-time during Spring/Fall 2027.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience on the production floor, collaborating with site teams.
• Analyze processes to improve efficiency, reliability and safety.
• Support Kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives.
