Job summary

CTG is seeking a Process Engineer II in Tolleson, AZ to provide hands-on engineering support in a manufacturing environment. You will identify equipment, process, and operational issues and implement corrective actions to improve safety, quality, reliability, efficiency, and process stability.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a STEM field and at least 2 years of professional Process Engineer experience in manufacturing.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or another STEM field required.
Minimum of 2 years of professional Process Engineer experience in a manufacturing plant or similar industrial environment.
Hands-on experience troubleshooting equipment, product, process, and operational issues.
Experience identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with operations, maintenance, quality, engineering, and vendors.
Commitment to safe work practices and compliance with plant procedures.
Willingness to spend considerable time on the manufacturing floor walking, standing, and engaging with operators.
