CTG is seeking a Process Engineer II in Tolleson, AZ to provide hands-on engineering support in a manufacturing environment. You will identify equipment, process, and operational issues and implement corrective actions to improve safety, quality, reliability, efficiency, and process stability.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a STEM field and at least 2 years of professional Process Engineer experience in manufacturing.

Pay Rate: Based on experience
Work Hours: M-F 8am-5pm
Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or another STEM field required.
The Process Engineer II will provide hands-on engineering support in a manufacturing environment, identifying equipment, product, process, and operational issues and implementing practical corrective actions to improve safety, quality, reliability, efficiency, and process stability.
The Process Engineer will work closely with operations, maintenance, quality, engineering, and external vendors to troubleshoot issues, analyze process data, identify root causes, and implement sustainable improvements.
