Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Industrial Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing, or operations.
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD and Minitab.
• Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma knowledge.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve manufacturing and business processes to optimize efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality.
• Collect and interpret operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in time studies, workflow analysis, and layout planning for production or service areas.
• Support manufacturing operations with regards to device failure validation, root cause analysis, corrective action implementation.
• Support the design and implementation of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, quality, and supply chain teams to implement process changes.
• Collaborate with plant and leadership team, customers, suppliers, and production floor personnel to identify and facilitate projects to improve KPIs.
• Prepare reports, charts, and documentation to communicate findings and support decision-making.
• Contribute to cost-benefit analyses and project justifications.
• Support the introduction of new technologies, automation, or systems in production environments.
