Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years in a leadership role in a fast-paced manufacturing/repair environment.
• Experience supervising 15+ hourly associates.
• Experience auditing processes and writing work instructions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to interface with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide inspection, training and audit results, verbally and in writing.
• Map quality processes and identify workflow improvements.
• Perform internal quality audits per standards.
• Ensure adherence to policies while maintaining morale and training staff.
• Collaborate to set department and company goals and drive results.
• Create reports to reflect product flow and task completion rates.
• Participate in site improvement initiatives and liaise with teams and vendors.
• Drive engagement and review performance metrics in Tableau.
• Develop staffing plans, ensure safety and environmental compliance.
• Conduct interviews for nonexempt and temporary staff.
