Job summary

Windsor Windows & Doors, a division of Woodgrain, is seeking a Production Department Manager for our West Des Moines, IA facility. This salaried exempt full-time role oversees daily manufacturing operations, coaches staff, drives continuous improvement, and ensures safety and quality.

You will plan production activities, monitor schedules, report performance, and partner with leadership to meet departmental goals.
