Job summary

Windsor Windows & Doors, a division of Woodgrain, is seeking Manufacturing Associates for the West Des Moines, IA facility. This role supports assembly and manufacturing of Windsor products, following quality standards and handling materials for windows and doors.

The position runs Monday through Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm, with an hourly wage. Candidates should be comfortable reading a tape measure and using power tools, and ready to contribute to a team-focused work environment.

Qualifications

• Read a tape measure.
• Previous experience with power tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate small and large machines.
• Inspect all products for quality.
• Use of various hand and power tools; air gun, nail gun, saws, drills, measuring tapes etc.
• Staging and packaging finished products before delivery
• Pull parts needed for assembly
• Read and understand various orders, labels and schedules associated with finished products
• Lifting of heavy materials and units at various stages of production
• Other duties as assigned
