Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 3+ years HR experience; manufacturing/distribution preferred.
• Strong employee relations, investigations and conflict resolution.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance best practices.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems (ADP preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR resource for policies, procedures and workplace concerns.
• Manage employee relations, investigations, discipline, and terminations.
• Facilitate onboarding, offboarding, and recognition programs.
• Support benefits, leave, compensation, training, and policy programs.
• Partner with leadership on HR strategies and workforce initiatives.
• Assist recruiting, interviewing, and hiring activities as needed.
• Maintain HRIS, records, documentation, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
