Job summary

Insight Global seeks an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee a major manufacturing facility, acting as the primary client liaison and leading hard/soft services. You will manage budgets, coordinate maintenance, and drive improvements across operations.

The role requires 8–10+ years in facilities management within manufacturing, strong leadership, and a track record of implementing innovative technologies and safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in Facilities Management within manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Experience directing hard and soft facility services and safety/compliance programs.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management capability.
• Budget oversight, forecasting, and cost-control experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent; advanced degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the onsite Facilities Manager and client-facing representative.
• Oversee daily facility operations, service delivery, and vendor coordination.
• Manage facility budgets, forecasting, and cost-control initiatives.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and operational improvements.
• Oversee contractors and third-party vendors for compliant delivery.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance across the site.
• Lead and develop facility management staff and cross-functional teams.
• Present updates and recommendations to leadership with data-driven insights.
• Support hard services (mechanical, electrical, building systems) and soft services.
• Drive process improvements and adoption of new technologies.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Legal, Procurement, IT, and Risk teams.
