Job summary

LHH is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer Manager (onsite) to lead the Manufacturing Engineering team in our Goldsboro, NC facility. The role focuses on driving operational excellence, cost reduction, and capital improvements across manufacturing operations.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s in engineering, 8+ years of manufacturing experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD/SolidWorks/Pro-E and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in manufacturing, industrial, or mechanical engineering.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with leading and directing a team and related HR activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Manufacturing Engineering team to drive operational excellence and cost reduction.
• Drive capital improvements, automation, tooling/fixturing, and production process optimization.
• Oversee quality control, facility management, and insourcing opportunities.
