Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production equipment and automation.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and experience with computer-controlled equipment.
• Solid understanding of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing processes, identify improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.
• Design, develop, and implement new processes, tools, and equipment to enhance production.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes.
• Conduct process validations, root cause analysis, and FMEA to address issues proactively.
• Create and maintain documentation of procedures, work instructions, and equipment specs.
• Drive lean and Six Sigma initiatives to optimize workflows and efficiency.
• Train personnel on new processes, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Monitor production metrics and implement corrective actions to meet targets.
