Regal Rexnord in West Chester, PA is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer I to lead process improvements in the machine shop and assembly lines. You will own process flow, standard work, and tool/fixture design and validation to maximize throughput and yield.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering is required.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and problem-solving tools preferred.
• Familiarity with QS and ISO requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acts as PRIMARY OWNER for technical questions and challenges from operators.
• Lead DAILY MANAGEMENT to drive Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory and Productivity.
• Perform ROOT CAUSE & COUNTERMEASURE analysis of internal quality issues.
• Perform basic TROUBLESHOOTING / REPAIRS of EQUIPMENT in area of ownership.
• Conduct PROCESS IMPROVEMENT activities and standard work documentation.
