Job summary

DXP Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an Onsite Manager to oversee daily operations at a Florida location.

You will respond to customer inquiries, supervise on-site staff, handle procurement, inventory, and shipping, and ensure seamless service delivery to industrial customers. The role requires a strong focus on customer service, management experience, and a sales-driven attitude, with a Bachelor's in Supply Chain Management preferred.

Qualifications

• 5 years of purchasing and inventory experience in an Integrated Supply/Industrial Distribution environment.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Outstanding customer service and management skills.
• Must be sales driven and able to solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding company products and services.
• Manage customer inquiries regarding report requests and month-end processes.
• Quote prices and process customer orders.
• Procurement and stock availability checks.
• Shipping and receiving responsibilities.
• Inventory management.
• Manage overall operations of location, including on-site staff.

Responsibilities of the Onsite Manager include, but are not limited to:

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding company products and services
• Manage customer inquiries regarding various report requests and month-end processes
• Quote prices and process customer orders
• Procurement
• Check availability of stock
• Shipping and receiving
• Inventory management
• Manage overall operations of location, including all on-site employees

Qualifications of the Onsite Manager include, but are not limited to:

• Preffered 5 years of purchasing and inventory experience within an Integrated Supply/Industrial Distribution environment
• Minimum 2 years of management experience
• Outstanding customer service and management skills
• Must be sales driven
• Problem solving skills
• Supervising and mentoring of employees
• Following and implementing DXP policies and procedures

Additional Information

Physical Demand: Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.

Working Conditions: Industrial/Warehouse Environment

Shift Time/Overtime: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Education: Bachelor's Degree (Supply Chain Management preferred) or equivalent experience.
