Two Coast Living is hiring a Maintenance Technician for a multifamily property in St Louis, MO. The role performs routine and urgent repairs, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and painting, and responds to work orders to keep buildings safe and appealing.

You will interact with residents and collaborate with the maintenance and property management teams, with on-site schedule Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and on-call requirements.

Formación

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily, residential, or hospitality environments.
• Hands-on experience with carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting and appliances.
• HVAC systems knowledge and safe work practices are expected.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance on the property.
• Address work orders promptly and prevent issues from escalating.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and functionality of buildings and amenities.
• Interact professionally with residents and team members.
