EAH Housing is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for Camellia Place, a 112-unit affordable family housing community in Dublin, CA. The role requires 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience, with knowledge in plumbing, electrical and general repairs.

You will perform lock and key work, interior repairs, electrical tasks, HVAC related duties, and unit turnover within tight timelines. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive hourly salary range, with onsite work

Qualifications

• 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience.
• Knowledge in plumbing, electrical and general maintenance.
• Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• All Facets of Lock and Key replacement/repair, including weather stripping, door and window functioning and locks
• Performs all Interior Repairs related to Walls and Doors
• Electrical Repairs including; Fixtures, Lights, Plugs and Switches
• Changes AC Filters, Checks Coils, Cleans and Repairs when necessary
• Performs Annual Unit Inspections
• Ensures the Turnover of Units in 5 days
