EAH Housing is seeking a Maintenance Technician I for Camellia Place in Dublin, CA. The role requires 1+ year of apartment maintenance experience with skills in plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance; CADL, a clean DMV record, and reliable transportation are required.

Salary ranges from $21.00 to $32.00 per hour, with new-hire ranges typically $21.00 to $26.50 depending on experience. This full-time position is at a 112-unit affordable family community and includes a comprehensive

Qualifications

• 1+ year of related apartment maintenance experience.
• Knowledge and skills in plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
• CADL, clean DMV and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Basic Plumbing including Toilet, Faucet and minor Pipe Repair.
• Painting including Preparation, Sanding and Color Matching.
• Electrical Repairs including light switch, cords, ballasts and bulbs and circuit breakers.
• Lock Replacement/adjustment, bolt installation, window locks, latches and keys.
• Screen Door Repair and Replacement, Sheetrock repair when needed.
• Detailing Turnover Units, Completing within 5 days.
