Job summary

EAH Housing is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support affordable senior and family housing communities in Tiburon and surrounding Belvedere/Sausalito areas. The role covers plumbing, electrical and general maintenance across multiple properties, with the possibility of site-specific duties.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience.
• Knowledge in plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
• Basic computer skills and a valid driver's license are required.

Responsibilities

• All facets of lock and key replacement/repair, including weather stripping, door/window functioning and locks.
• Performs all interior repairs related to walls and doors.
• Electrical repairs including fixtures, lights, plugs, and switches.
• Changes AC filters, checks coils, cleans and repairs when necessary.
• Performs annual unit inspections.
• Ensures turnover of units in 5 days.
