Job summary

EmergencyMD is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to support the facility operations for its residential properties in Cedar Knolls, New York. In this role, you will carry out important repair tasks and ensure high maintenance standards while working collaboratively with other team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Sufficient experience in maintenance and construction is preferred.
• Knowledge of safety practices and procedures related to building trades.

Responsibilities

• Perform typical repair tasks including carpentry and plumbing.
• Respond to off-hour facility emergencies.
• Assist with renovations and cleaning of tenant units.

Skills

Basic carpentry and repair skills

Knowledge of safety practices

Experience with HVAC maintenance

Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs

Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office
